SurveyMonkey cookies: what each one does

`ep202`	Functional	Signup source attribution, event stitching, and assigning visitors to experiments

`RP_`	Functional	Enforces the one response per computer setting.
`sm_ir`	Functional	Used by the instant results page so a survey creator can display data.
`sm_rec`	Functional	Stores unencrypted user data. Expiry time based on the 'remember me' button on login.
`_splunk_rum_sid`	Functional	This is a site observability cookie that identifies/monitors site issues.
`sso_user`	Functional	Determines if certain Enterprise respondents are authenticated if an account holder requires respondents to authenticate.
`usbls`	Marketing	Usabilla uses this cookie for campaigns targeted to visitors new or returning to the site. This cookie is used to track which category applies to users and to then show the campaign to the right users.
