What these components mean
Consent banner delivery is the script your visitors' browsers load — if it is up, banners keep showing and blocking correctly on every customer site. Consent collection receives and stores your visitors' choices. The customer dashboard is this platform's app at app.getconzent.com. Cookie scanning is the crawler fleet behind scheduled and manual cookie scans; at reduced capacity, scans queue and run automatically once capacity returns.
How we count the last 90 days
The platform checks itself every five minutes and each reading is kept. A day is red only if a check actually failed, and amber if something ran at reduced capacity.
Software updates are not outages. Shipping a new version takes the service away for a couple of minutes by design. Those windows are marked in yellow under the day and listed below, but they are not counted as downtime and never turn a day red. Consent banners already on your visitors' pages keep working through an update: the banner script is served from the edge cache, and choices made during the window are queued by the banner and sent when the platform answers again.
Days before continuous monitoring began are grey rather than green. We would rather show you nothing than claim uptime we did not measure. Planned updates from before that date are listed from our deployment record.
The status on this page is read live from the platform. If the feed itself cannot be reached, this page says so — there is no hand-edited status here.
